Farah Gozini, O.D.
Dr. Farah Gozini brings over 30 years of experience to her work as an optometrist, with a clinical philosophy grounded in continuity, compassion, and precision. She began her academic journey in Tehran, Iran, and later completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton — balancing rigorous studies with motherhood and a daily commute from Los Angeles to Orange County.
Her dedication to patient care is shaped by both personal and professional experience. From managing complex visual conditions to helping patients navigate long-term ocular health, Dr. Gozini is passionate about providing care that improves clarity, comfort, and confidence in everyday life.
Outside of clinic hours, she participates in local health fairs, mentors new optometrists, and supports charitable programs that provide eye care to underserved communities. She is also a proud mother, grandmother, and lifelong advocate for preserving the gift of sight — a value made even more personal by caring for her blind senior dog of 16 years.
When not in the exam room, you’ll likely find Dr. Gozini outdoors, hiking or spending time with her close-knit family.
